Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item

Once approved, I will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as needed.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards.
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).
Items that are used, altered, or missing parts.
Refund Processing
Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify you about the refund approval.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
